But Anya Taylor-Joy was able to enjoy a break from her busy schedule on Tuesday, meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks at LA’s San Vincente Bungalows.

The Queen’s Gambit star, 25, looked captivated by a pal’s story while they waited for valet.

The British-Argentine actress embraced regal style just weeks after news she will be playing the iconic Nintendo character Princess Peach in the upcoming Mario movie with Chris Pratt. 

Pratt will voice Mario while Charlie Day will be Luigi in the Super Mario Bros. animated movie.

In addition to the top-billed stars, Jack Black will be playing the villain Bowser, while comedian Keegan-Michael Key will play Toad and Seth Rogen will play Mario’s nemesis-turned-ally Donkey Kong. 

Saturday Night Live veteran Fred Armisen will be voicing Cranky Kong, while Kevin Michael Richardson will play Kamek and Sebastian Maniscalco will appear as Spike.

Rounding out the voice talent was Charles Martinet, who has provided the voices for Mario, Luigi and Wario for years.

Fans of Taylor-Joy can catch her on-screen in the horror mystery Last Night In Soho, where she’ll play a young woman with a passion for fashion design who mysteriously finds herself transported back in time to 1966 London in the body of her idol, a singer named Sandie.

Directed by Edgar Wright and also starring Thomasin McKenzie, Anya Taylor-Joy, Matt Smith, Diana Rigg, Rita Tushingham and Terence Stamp, arrives in theaters on October 29.
