Boosie Badazz arrested over fight that broke out at show in Atlanta

Boosie Badazz was arrested Monday in Atlanta in connection with a fight that broke out at a show earlier this month.

The rapper, 38, was charged with criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and inciting a riot in connection with the October 1 incident, TMZ reported Tuesday.

The Baton Rouge, Louisiana native was in custody for a night prior to his release on Tuesday, when he was out on bond.

The latest: Boosie Badazz, 38, was arrested Monday in Atlanta in connection with a fight that broke out at a show he was doing there. He was snapped in Georgia last month 

Police were called on the musical artist, whose real name is Torrence Ivy Hatch Jr., amid a concert earlier this month that saw a fight erupt on the stage, the outlet reported. 

Law enforcement was summoned to the scene following reports of vandalism, as police said Boosie Badazz and his associates had damaged property that had belonged to both a production company and the venue where they were playing at.

The incident in question took place on the Legendz of the Streetz Tour stop, according to The Shade Room, as two men were seen arguing on the stage when the rapper got physically involved in the altercation.

A security guard escorted Boosie off the stage amid the ruckus, in which speakers were tipped over. Following the incidents, the lights were brought up for the show, which was over. 

On stage: The rapper was seen onstage last year in College Park, Georgia 

Focused: The musical artist was snapped last year attending an Atlanta Hawks game 

Boosie tweeted a message on October 3 with a picture of a sign on a venue door at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, confirming his exit from the tour

Other performers on the tour include 2 Chainz, Fabolous, Lil Kim, Rick Ross, Jeezy and Gucci Mane. 

Boosie subsequently confirmed he had been booted from the tour in the wake of the incident. He tweeted a message on October 3 with a picture of a sign on a venue door at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, confirming his exit from the tour. 

He wrote: ‘THIS IS THE MOVE THEY PULLING OFF ON THE TOUR SO U CANT GET REFUNDS, READ IT CLEAR LOL LIKE PEOPLE GO READ A SIDE DOOR LOL S*** OUT TO ALL MY BALTIMORE FANS‼️ LOVE YALL.’

It was not immediately clear when a court date would be set in the matter.
