She suffered a devastating stillbirth last year.
Now Christina Perri has released her new album of lullabies in memory of her late daughter, Songs For Rosie.
Perri, 35, released the album on November 24, the one year anniversary she lost her daughter Rosie, after a year of ‘healing in every way possible,’ she told People.

The new album features the classic songs Here Comes The Sun, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, and When You Wish Upon A Star.
But there’s also a new voice joining Christina on the album – her three-year-old daughter Carmella.
The duo sing Somewhere Out There together, and despite being a music newbie, Carmella was brimming with confidence as she stepped into the music studio.
The songstress said her daughter ‘literally looked at me and was like, “Mom, I got this.'”

‘I thought she was going to need guidance!’ Perri raved. ‘She sang so cute. What’s funny is she doesn’t enunciate perfectly, but I kept it in there because it’s the way she sang the song. We tried to keep it light and joyfully sing these songs while thinking of Rosie.’
In addition to the new album, Perri marked the grim one-year-old anniversary by chasing ‘joy’ at Disney World with her family.
The songstress shared snippets of their trip to the theme park on her Instagram Stories, including video of her daughter inscribed with the message, ‘On the 1 year anniversary eve of a very hard night, we chased joy all day.’

‘When November began, it felt like clouds rolling in,’ Perri told People. ‘Just the word November triggered something deep within me. I will say I’ve been preparing for this by doing so many healing things to try to be in a good place and ready for this, and I really feel like I am.’
‘I decided that we’re going to go to Disney World every year on Rosie’s birthday, because there’s no better place to honor a kid than the happiest place on earth,’ Perri continued. ‘To turn a sad day into joy with Carmella is the best thing we can do. We’re going full out with shirts, and we’re going to talk about Rosie the whole time.’
Perri revealed her baby girl tragically died after being ‘born silent’ in the third trimester in November.
The songstress – who was understood to be around 32 weeks pregnant – wrote: ‘Last night we lost our baby girl. She was born silent after fighting so hard to make it to our world. she is at peace now and will live forever in our hearts.’
Her husband, Paul Costabile, shared the same photo on social media and wrote: ‘It’s been a rough couple weeks and we’re so grateful for the outpouring of love and prayers from you all.’
