It's the fourth day of the libel trial between Rooney and her fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy, with a slew of bombshell allegations already being heard.

Rooney looked ready to take to the stand for the first time as she arrived at the Royal Courts of Justice in London on Friday.

The wife of Wayne Rooney wore a matching cream-coloured blazer and trousers. Her shirt, shoes, and Chanel handbag were similar muted tones.

Coleen was pictured rolling the sleeves of her jacket up to her elbows as she stepped into the courthouse.

Her husband Wayne looked smart in an all-navy suit as he strolled in beside his wife.

Vardy is suing Rooney for damages for libel over the 'untrue and unjustified defamatory attack' concerning an accusation made in a tweet by Rooney in 2019.

The wife of Leicester City striker broke down in tears again as she took to the stand for the third day running on Friday.

She left the courtroom twice on Thursday after being questioned by Rooney's barrister, David Sherbourne.

Vardy broke down after being questioned while on the stand about potential evidence and her former PR agent, Caroline Watt.

Mr Sherbourne said there has been a 'catalogue of unfortunate events' which had led to evidence vanishing.

"If the court concludes that the loss of evidence has been deliberate it can only conclude it was to conceal unhelpful material.

"We say you have deliberately concealed evidence," he told Vardy.

Vardy responded: "That is a matter for the court, not me.''

He then accused her of being a leak multiple times while Vardy broke down in tears over the accusations.

Vardy denies the allegations and has sued the fellow footballer’s wife for damages for libel.

In October 2019, Rooney accused the fellow WAG of leaking 'false stories' about her private life to the press after she carried out a months-long 'sting operation' which saw her dubbed 'Wagatha Christie'.

Vardy told the High Court today that she felt like she had been “bullied and manipulated” while being cross-examined in the witness box.

Rooney will be taking to the stand today after Vardy's intense questioning at the High Court.
