Jeremy Edwards has proved there are no hard feelings between himself and his ex fiancée Rachel Stevens.
Speaking in a new interview, the actor, 50, said he ‘wants Rachel to win’ and insisted he and Rachel, 43, ‘have never said a bad word about each other’.
Jeremy also took aim at his close friend Brendan Cole, joking that if the Strictly star ‘doesn’t make it into the final’ they can ‘no longer be friends’.

The former Hollyoaks star went on: ‘She was never into skating, not as far as I know. She was and is a very talented girl and she looks great.’
Noting that former Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendan, 45, is at an advantage because he is a trained dancer, Jeremy said: ‘He’s a pro dancer, of course he’s going to be good. It’s effing outrageous he can compete.’
Pointing to the popular ITV show’s name, he also joked that ‘if you can do that dancing, that’s half the job done’.

Brendan wowed the Dancing On Ice judges last week when he set a new record for the highest number of points scored by a celebrity during their first routine.
Chris Dean told Brendan: ‘Best first performance by a celebrity in all 14 series. Tonight it was on form, you were strength, strong, superior and masculine. What I really appreciate is that you’re really getting into the ice.’
However, during this week’s show, Brendan was knocked off the top spot by Regan Gascoigne and his professional skater Karina Manta who were awarded an impressive 33 points.

Meanwhile, Rachel revealed she had returned to the rink for training on Saturday after fracturing her wrist.
The revealed earlier this week she will be sitting out of this weekend’s live show after she sustained the injury during a training session.
Speaking to The Sun, Rachel said: ‘I’m so happy to be back on the ice. Brendyn asked if I was nervous, but I’m more excited than nervous. He has created a wonderful routine and I can’t wait to perform at last.’
