Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz were praised by fans for avoiding the use of filters after they reunited in a sweet snap.

Fans were overjoyed to see the Charlie's Angels stars "age gracefully" and commented as such on Drew's photo of the two.

Drew, 46, shared the picture of her and Cameron, 49, to her Instagram with the caption: "Bestie hour with my bestie poo poo!! @camerondiaz @thedrewbarrymoreshow."

The two were iconic in their roles in the Charlie's Angels films – alongside Lucy Liu – and have been close pals ever since.

People immediately took to the comment section to compliment the two on their natural beauty.

"I love this, beauty without filters, and enhancers, this is what social media needs more of," one impressed user posted.

Cameron looked gorgeous with bright red lipstick and a smoky eye and Drew was picture perfect with a Merlot lip colour and simple make-up.

Bad Teacher actress Cameron previously said she regretted getting botox after suffering a bad reaction.

Speaking openly about undergoing the cosmetic procedure to enhance her looks, she said: "I've tried [Botox] before, where it was like a little tiny touch of something.”

"It changed my face in such a weird way that I was like, 'No, I don't want to be like that' – I'd rather see my face ageing than a face that doesn't belong to me at all,” she added to ET online in 2014.

Earlier this year, Drew also discussed how she feels about plastic surgery.

During an episode of her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, the actress said she won't be going under the knife any time soon.

"I've never done anything to my face and I would like to try not to," she said "Never say never."
