Kim has been snooping about the case recently, and this week on the programme will see her overhear Mitch book a cab in his name.

Phil overhears the situation and is adamant that she doesn’t cause a scene.

Kim has other ideas when she then tracks the booking back to a children’s entertainer using Vincent’s name in Walford East.

She becomes confused when she finds his wallet and then is convinced it belongs to her husband.

Later, Kim later overhears Jack and Denise’s plan to meet Vincent to gain more information about him.

Denise begs Kim to drop the case but she promises the two of them that the game is on.

Kim and Jack then are seen in a tense meeting in the pub, waiting for Vincent.

The actor who plays the disappeared character Richard Blackwood hinted on Good Morning Britain in 2019 that he would like to make a return to the soap.

He said: ‘I think it’s a smart move. I want to go back – EastEnders, I would go back. I’ve just had a baby on the show – I don’t want to be an absentee dad!’

EastEnders continues on BBC One on Tuesday at 8pm.
