Erika Jayne opts for comfort in sweats while running errands in Beverly Hills post COVID-19 ordeal

She recently battled COVID-19 which shutdown production on season 12 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

And Erika Jayne was back to business as usual as she stepped out in a cozy black sweat suit to run errands in Los Angeles on Thursday morning.

The 50-year-old reality star rocked a matching set with a hot pink purse as she met up with a friend weeks after testing positive for the coronavirus amid surging cases of the omicron variant.

She laced up black-and-white leopard print trainers, and carried a fluffy pink purse in one hand while balancing a massive water bottle in her arm.

The Pretty Mess author wore her platinum blonde hair expertly blown out with tendrils cascading across her shoulders, and wore a pair of white rimmed sunglasses despite the gloomy Southern California weather.

Erika was not the only housewife to test positive. Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna also caught the virus, in addition to a crew member on the production.

At the time of their diagnoses a month ago, more than 1,400 new COVID cases were reported in Los Angeles County. The LA Public Health data recorded 40,452 cases on Jan. 12.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recorded more than 200 million Americans fully vaccinated against COVID, which is roughly 60 percent of the US population.

It’s unclear if any other RHOBH co-stars were exposed, but the ladies have been filming season 12 of the show since November.

COVID-19 shutdown production last season when Kyle Richards, her sister Kathy Hilton and Dorit Kemsley all tested positive for the infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Erika filed for divorce in November 2020 from her husband of 21-years, disgraced lawyer Tom Girardi, who is being sued for embezzling funds from a 2018 Boeing plane crash.

Sources close to Erika told TMZ  that she insisted she had ‘zero clue’ what the 82-year-old Girardi was doing with his or her money and that all money she had earned went straight to him or his law firm, Girardi & Keese.

While Erika has maintained that she was ‘kept away from the books,’ the trustee in a new lawsuit is mandating that even if that were to be the case ‘it would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk completely free of owing over $25,000,000 to the Estate.’
