Georginio Wijnaldum has urged Paris Saint-Germain to sign Paul Pogba, claiming every club in the world would like to have him.

The Manchester United midfielder has just one year remaining on his deal at Old Trafford and his future is the source of constant speculation.

Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola infamously claimed his client’s time at United was ‘over’ and that he would push for a move in 2021.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would like to keep the midfielder at the club, but there is a growing concern he could leave on a free next summer.

Real Madrid has been touted as a potential destination, while reports in France have suggested PSG could sell a number of their stars in order to fund a bid.

“We need all the players for a season. And coming back to your question, yes, I would love to have Paul Pogba with us here because he's a great player. "

Wijnaldum opted to join the French giants, despite serious interest from his boyhood team Barcelona.

He added that he reached that "very difficult" decision thanks to their more efficient negotiations.

“It’s funny because, I must admit, that it was a very difficult choice. I’ve supported Barça since I was young, I’m a fan of the club.

“We were in negotiations with them and I had a good feeling but I was also negotiating with other clubs, PSG arrived before Barça [but] we’d just talked, they weren’t really negotiations.”
