Holly Willoughby has invited fans to a live show in which she will be celebrating the launch of her new book while sharing how she learned to live a "fuller, happier life".

The This Morning host will be talking about her autobiography Reflections as well as her life hacks at the Barbican theatre in London in an event which encourages guests to "celebrate" being themselves.

Alongside a studious snap of Holly's book cover in which the presenter is dressed in a blush-pink jumper looking pensively into the distance, she wrote: "Please come and join me to celebrate my new book Reflections.

"I’ll be live in conversation and talking all about my experiences about how I learned to live a fuller, happier life.

"I’ll be chatting about everything I think might help you find your way to celebrate yourself-whether that’s finding your perfect lipstick, listening to your intuition or simply finding time for you."

Holly's followers loved the post with her friend and All Saints singer Nicole Appleton gushing: "Just brilliant. Beautiful."

The TV host, 40, penned a lengthy social media post announcing she'd been hard at work on Reflections earlier this year.

The book – available 28th October 2021 – will contain reflections from Holly's life as well as "little pieces of me."

She vowed to "share her truths" between the covers of the book, and is her "celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony."

Holly wrote to her fans: "Hello! This is a message I've been looking forward to sending… I've been working on a very special project – a book!

"We live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had here but true beauty comes from within…

"Now, I'm finally at a point in my life where I can see a little more clearly and I want to share my truths in the hope that maybe they'll help you too."

Holly is currently taking a summer break from her hosting duties on This Morning which she co-presents with Philip Schofield.

The mum-of-three will be hoping for a well-deserved break particularly as last year's was cut short .

The presenter had planned to spend seven weeks of the summer in the Algarve at private villas with husband Dan Baldwin, 45, and their three children, children Harry, Belle, and Chester.

But due to quarantine rules last summer she was forced to knock two weeks off the break to make sure she has enough time to stay at home for 14 days before getting back to work on September 7.

This Morning is currently in the capable hands of TV veteran Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
