Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou, 44, shows off her ageless visage

Ada Nicodemou is known for her ageless good looks. 

And on Friday, the Home and Away star showed off her line-free visage in two selfies shared to Instagram. 

Appearing to go makeup free, the 44-year-old actress beamed for the camera, her skin glowing.

In her caption, Ada explained that she was returning to the set of the soap, writing: ‘Off to work I go…’

She also shared a second image to Instagram, again showing off her incredibly youthful appearance as she brandished a bottle of vitamins.  

Speaking to Body and Soul magazine last year, Ada said that keeping to a schedule is key to maintaining her youthful physique.

‘Once I get my weekly schedule from work, the first thing I do is map out when I’ll exercise,’ she told the publication.

‘I will write this into my diary and basically set a date with myself. I make sure that my exercise is a priority – that means I am a priority, too.’

‘My workouts are time for myself, so they are very important to me and always have been,’ the star added.

‘I like my curves, I feel like a woman and I feel more confident – which I think is also really good as a parent… I love that I’m curvy,’ she told the magazine.

On the surgery front, the star has previously denied having dermal fillers, but has admitted to getting Botox on occasion and having breast implants. 

‘I don’t use fillers and I rarely use Botox and the only surgery that I’ve done [that] is “fake” is breast augmentation, which I have every right to do,’ Ada said.
