The funnyman can be seen spending time with his daughters, Winnie and Frances, aged eight and seven, and his wife, Nancy Juvonen, in a recently-released holiday-themed ad for potato chips.

The performer then noted that the two had become used to their father’s profession and the unconventional situations in which he is typically placed.

He stated: ‘They know the whole show. They’re not surprised to see me getting a pie in my face or if I’m signing a song with Ariana Grande and the Muppets or something. They’re used to all that. We make a good morning show!’

Fallon went on to express that Winnie and Frances were very close siblings and that they had come to understand each other well during their adolescence.

‘They’re totally pals. There’s some arguments, but it’s baby arguments. They’re automatic best friends because they’re around each other all day long,’ he said.

Peas in a pod: Fallon went on to express that Winnie and Frances were very close siblings and that they had come to understand each other well during their adolescence.

He added: ‘Winnie’s still the oldest and now she’s kind of helping Franny. She’s talking to her and she’s like, “No Franny. You don’t do that.” It’s interesting the way they help each other out. You can tell they’re bonded forever.’

Fallon concluded by remarking that he had turned into a very doting father, despite his initial expectations.

He said that ‘I never thought I’d become that guy. And what I mean by that guy is that now I’m the guy who shows you pictures of their kid on the phone and I go, “Isn’t this the cutest thing?”‘
