Impressive Leeds winger Raphinha has some insider knowledge on hand about how to succeed in English football, and that might end up steering him towards Liverpool.
The Brazilian has shone at Elland Road this season ever since making the £17million move from French club Rennes in October.
He's featured 26 times in all competitions this season, scoring six goals, with his dribbling skills and positional awareness one of the standout features of Marcelo Bielsa's entertaining side.
Raphinha seems to have easily adapted to the demands of playing in England, but then he already had the inside track on the Premier League.
Speaking to FourFourTwo, the 24-year-old said he is advised by the former Chelsea star Deco, who won the league and two FA Cups during his two-year spell at the Blues between 2008 and 2010.

"Deco obviously knows the way to succeed in England, and in football overall," said Raphinha.
"But he tells me that I have to follow my own path and fight for my own dreams. That’s a nice piece of advice, actually.
"He always says I need to understand myself, assess my feelings and realise what I want to achieve in my career.
"The decision to leave Rennes and come over to England was mine, but when Deco told me that I’d fit well in the Premier League, I took it into consideration.
"When a guy like Deco says that, I obviously pay attention. He said that he was sure about my success in English football, which was an important factor in me signing for Leeds."

With Deco in his corner you might think that Chelsea could be a potential future destination for the winger, but instead the former Portugal star could be discussing Raphinha with some of his contacts at Liverpool.
When the Reds signed Fabinho from Monaco in 2018, Deco was pictured along with agent Jorge Mendes and representatives from the GestiFute agency as they held aloft a Reds scarf.
As an agent, Deco now works both for and alongside Mendes on some of his biggest deals, and he is known to have made some contacts with the Reds through the Fabinho transfer.
So should Liverpool decide they want to make a move for Raphinha, they could have an influential voice in their corner.
