Amber Gill says she is open to dating women.

.

The former Love Island winner, 24, has been teasing her social media followers recently, as she suggested she could be bisexual in a series of cryptic tweets.

Back in July, Amber shared a video on Twitter of a viral TikTok clip showing lesbian women revealing their "feminine" to "masculine" transformations, and simply accompanied it with a love heart emoji.

The post led to some of her fans speculating that she was attracted to women – and asking the reality personality via the social media site.

One follower asked: "Bestie I'm afraid to ask you this," followed by a series of fruit emojis and question marks.

Being called “fruity” is a term sometimes used to describe someone who belongs to the LGBTQ+ community, and Amber drove fans wild with her response.

“Sometimes,” she replied.

During an interview with the Daily Star at the National Television Awards, Amber was quizzed about her suggestive tweets, and she shared that she is attracted to women.

The former Love Island winner has fueled rumours about her sexuality

"The fruit emojis mean the fruit emojis – what can I say,” the 24-year-old said.

"Some days I might be, some days I might not. A lot of people have asked me about that and that's all I'm going to comment."

Amber’s career has gone from strength to strength since she won Love Island back in 2019, with then-boyfriend John O’Shea.

However, they split just a few weeks after they arrived back in the UK following their winning stint in the Spanish villa, with Amber later criticising John for not making enough effort during their short lived relationship.

Rap superstar Stormzy and Love Island's Amber Gill spark dating rumours

While partying at the NTAs, Amber also discussed her future plans, and said she’s working on a book deal, as well as a podcast.

While she’s writing her own romance novel, the influencer said she’s in the middle of organising a competition with publisher HarperCollins to help “underrepresented ethnic minorities” get the opportunity to have their own book published.

"The first couple of chapters have been written but it doesn't come out until summer next year,” she said of her own book.

"Then hopefully, my own podcast… And hopefully, there will be series two of the show with Kem (Centinay), as honestly, it was such a nice thing to do,” Amber added, referencing their ITV2 show that focused on mental health, The Full Treatment.

But, she insisted that her upcoming untitled romance novel wasn’t based on her own love life, which she joked was “non-existent”.

Amber was recently linked to rapper Stormzy, after they were spotted together at Reading and Leeds Festival last month.
