Geri Horner looked worlds away from the flamboyance of Ginger Spice as she headed out for a dog walk in London on Thursday.
Bundled up in a long wool grey coat and white baseball cap, the singer, 49, cut a casual figure for the low-key stroll with her rescue dog Daisy.
Geri welcomed the Shih Tzu to the family last year after the pooch was taken into care by Battersea Dogs and Cats home at four-months-old when her health deteriorated.

Geri showed off her radiant complexion as she went make-up free for the outing.
In a stark contrast to Ginger Spice’s wardrobe filled with colour, the songstress opted for a more muted ensemble as she paired the duster coat with white jeans and trainers.
Geri appeared relaxed as she walked through London with Daisy happily trotting by her side.

Geri welcomed the pooch in August last year and wrote on Instagram: ‘Meet Daisy!
‘She has had some health problems but she’s on the mend and will be coming home with us in a few weeks. Exciting.
‘She’s a rescue dog from @battersea that needed a second chance in love and a family… And Daisy is a mix of shih-tzu, just like Harry (who was also from @battersea too.’
The Wannabe hitmaker was devastated when she lost her dog Harry in 2016. Geri had got him from London’s Battersea Dogs and Cats Home with the help of her pal George Michael.
In his younger years, Harry was Geri’s constant companion, accompanying her to red carpet events and on stage.

The cheeky pooch even got the Spice Girl in trouble at former British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s countryside residence Chequers when he defecated on the politician’s floor.
She said: ‘We were in Mr Blair’s study and Harry went in the corner of the room. I was so embarrassed I had to ask for tissues to clear it up.’
Geri picked out Harry from London’s Battersea Dogs and Cats home, with the world famous rescue home telling the Daily Mail in 2009 that Geri made a visit with a camera crew in tow for a documentary, and her pal George Michael.
‘Being an experienced dog owner, George had come along to advise Geri, but as she proceeded to pick every dog in sight, all he could do was raise his eyes to heaven and shrug his shoulders,’ Melissa Wareham revealed in an extract from her book Rescue Me.
Melissa revealed that it was love at first sight when Geri met Harry, explaining: ‘When she met the dog Geri burst into tears. Even George Michael, a confirmed labrador man, went a little weak at the knees.’
