Married at First Sight UK's Bob has been bombarded with offers of dates after the break down of his marriage.

Bob was married to Megan on the show but it is thought that the pair have since split since the programme stopped filming.

In the last episode of the show, Bob was seen in tears after learning Megan had secretly snogged another man in the experiment behind his back.

The couple decided to give things another go, but eagle-eyed fans think that Bob went on to end the marriage as he took to Instagram to post a photo where he wasn't wearing his wedding ring.

After Bob's rough week, fans took to the comments to inundate the unlucky in love star with dating requests.

One said: "Don’t know how to get in touch with him but if anyone knows Bob from #MAFSUK please tell him I’d be happy to date him."

Another took to Twitter to say: "Bob is the type of guy I would love to date. Open with emotions and honest. He deserves the best. #MAFSUK"

Whilst a third said: "My sis keeps asking me if I’d date Bob… think she’d set me up if she could lol #MAFSUK".

On Thursday epissode of the E4 Dating show, fans watched the first commitment ceremony of the new UK series.

There were plenty of sparks flying as Bob found out that Megan had kissed welshman Jordon which reduced him to tears.

Jordon had been partnered with model Alexis, but when their marriage wasn't going smoothly he made a move on Megan – who he admitted was more his type.

He told the cameras that the pair kissed after connecting at a dinner party, he said: "I had my eyes on someone at the dinner party – then we got chatting back at the apartment. We had a vibe and great conversation.

"We found ourselves alone at one point – one thing led to another and we shared a kiss. I think it's somebody I want to pursue."

The pair then met up in private as well to discuss how they would be going forward.

However, it is not yet known whether they decided to pursue things further.

Since this week's controversy Megan has been receiving backlash online.

She took to Instagram to approach the situation and said: "Some of your forget this was filmed 4 months ago… if you continue to watch my journey on MAFS, you will see how I respond to this situation.

“It’s been and gone… I understand it’s happening now for you, but not for us. Your comments are both damaging and potentially triggering to Bob & I.

"I have taken responsibility for my actions, owned the situation and apologised profusely as you will see in the coming episodes.

“I now, like I have done for years, spend my days helping others with their mental health and do my best to prevent suicide, I am merely highlighting that your incessant hate to strangers you do not know personally may be contributing to the high number of suicides we are seeing grow each and every year.”

She ended the post by asking her followers to “think twice before you post.”
