Rylan Clark has vowed to start going out more to make up for becoming a 'hermit' during the last two years of the coronavirus pandemic.
The It Takes Two, like the rest of us, spent 18 months at home waiting for the day the world would open back up again.
And now that things are slowly headed in the right direction, the 33-year-old hopes to have more fun outside the house.
"I do need to start going out as I'm a bit of a hermit," he told Closer magazine.
"I love a cosy night in, tracksuit on, lighting a candle with a glass of i heart Merlot wine, but recently I've got a little bit of an itch to start going out again."
He also revealed that This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford is the perfect person to go on a night out with as they just sit, talk and 'sl*g people off'.
Rylan has been a 'hermit' for the last two years
It looks like Rylan has already started to ease his way back into partying after recently celebrating his 33rd birthday.
The star was pictured carrying an armful of presents as he headed out of a venue holding a Peroni in his other hand.
He shared clips and snaps from his birthday weekend which included a house party with all his close friends and family.

In a seeming callback to his days as a wannabe singer, Rylan put on a poker straight blonde wig similar to his old hairstyle as he serenaded his guests.
He later paid homage to close pal Claire Richards from Steps by grabbing the mic and singing Last Thing On My Mind.
Proud mum Linda was looking glam in a black and white suit, though was notably unimpresssed by someone’s rendition of The Killers’ classic, Mr Brightside.

Rylan turned 33
Rylan snuggled up to Lizzie Cundy in another pic, declaring: “It’s not a party without Lizzie Cundy.”
The hilarious night soon got even wilder as the drinks flowed, with pals dancing in bin bag dresses, an emotional swaying moment to Enrique Ingelsias’s Hero, and a group performance to Spice Girls.
Rylan was spotted with a cigarette behind his ear, but later argued that he “doesn’t even smoke” with a pal trying to back him up as they both got the giggles.
His raucous celebrations were cheered on by his celebrity pals who weren’t able to attend, with Zoe Ball declaring: “happy birthday damn youth!!”
