Strictly Come Dancing star Kai Widdrington penned a cute social media post to his partner AJ Odudu after they enjoyed further success on Saturday night.
Kai and AJ are fast becoming everyone’s favourite couple of the series, amid reports they’re ‘falling’ for each other behind-the-scenes.
New pro Kai formed a partnership made in dance heaven with TV presenter AJ and the pair have consistently been around the top of the Strictly leaderboaord in the three weeks of performances so far.
On Saturday night, they scored a whopping 35 points for their American Smooth, inspired by The Bodyguard, which was a huge hit with judges Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas.
Speculation has since gone wild there is more than friendship brewing between the pair, after Kai was heard telling his dance partner after their performance: ‘I love you, I love you so much!’
Now, in a very sweet message on his Instagram, Kai said: ‘I want to say a massive Thankyou to everyone who has sent lovely messages over the last two days of support for @ajodudu and myself, last weeks was dance was a special one and it was a moment neither of us will forget.
‘A lot goes on behind the scenes and it doesn’t always look as glamorous and slick like what is seen on the telly on a Saturday night.

‘AJ works so hard and I’m so grateful to have a partner who grafts as hard as she does and who loves to dance. Our journey continues and that’s thanks to you.’
Both AJ and Kai are currently single, with Johannes Radebe teasing his pro dancing friend’s relationship status over the weekend.
After sharing some throwback snaps with Kai, Johannes wrote: ‘Thank you for holding me up boo and ladies he is single.’
It comes after body language expert Judi James recently told us AJ is giving off flirty signals in rehearsals with Kai.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Anton Du Beke could be back as professional dancer for 2022 series
‘AJ and Kai’s previous routines had been elegant, classy, and technically good but they had lacked the “sizzle” factor that Strictly pros like Giovanni [Pernice] have always injected into their performances to add the romance and sex to the narratives,’ she told us.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 7pm on BBC One.
