Tom Giradi emerges from care home while Erika Janye admits she’s on the hunt for ‘hot sex’

Disgraced lawyer Tom Girardi was spotted outside of the Los Angeles-area senior care facility he’s been living in since August amid bankruptcy woes, allegations of embezzlement and ailing health.

The 82-year-old former attorney — who is under a court-ordered conservatorship —walked the grounds of the Belmont Village Senior Living in Burbank, his home since moving out of his palatial Pasadena mansion, that was once on the market for $13million.

Tom’s sighting comes as his estranged wife, Erika Jayne, recently admitted on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion that she’s on the hunt for ‘hot sex’ with a ‘big’ man now that she’s living the single life after filing for divorce nearly a year ago.

Girardi was dressed in his usual dress slacks and button-down shirt combo as he chatted outside of the senior home, which DailyMail.com exclusively revealed he moved into in August.

He wore a disposable blue face mask and carried what appeared to be a yellow pad of paper during the animated conversation.

Tom was reportedly diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease earlier this year.

In addition, he was federally disbarred by the California Federal Court and is currently facing claims of allegedly embezzling settlement funds that were meant to help the families of plane crash victims.

The end of Erika’s 21-year marriage to Tom Girardi has been a major storyline in Season 11 after she attempted to bury the news of the divorce by secretly filing on Election Day.

And Erika admitted she’s trying to move on from the past as she told Andy Cohen that she’s looking for love once again.

‘I’m trying [to date],’ she admitted before asking Andy for some ‘help’ finding someone.

When Cohen asked what exactly she was looking for, Erika was quick to respond: ‘something with a big penis.’

‘Really? OK,’ Andy replied with slight hesitation before Erika added, ‘I would like some hot sex.’

In September, Jayne was ‘ordered to turn over financial records’ from her accountant, lawyer and landlord in embezzlement lawsuit with Girardi.

The order comes as a bankruptcy trustee continues to investigate Girardi’s assets, amid claims that both Girardi and Jayne allegedly embezzled settlement funds that were meant to help the families of plane crash victims on Lion Air Flight 610.

However, according to legal documents obtained by People magazine, Jayne’s lawyers were already maintaining that the reality star ‘has been and remains willing to cooperate fully with the Trustee’s investigation in this bankruptcy of debtor Girardi & Keese.’

While Erika maintained that she was ‘kept away from the books,’ the trustee in a new lawsuit is mandating that even if that were to be the case ‘it would be a miscarriage of justice if [she] was allowed to simply walk completely free of owing over $25,000,000 to the Estate.’

The now unearthed lawsuit reads that ‘any payments made for her benefit are her responsibility,’ after it was alleged that she had spent $25 million of the firm’s money from 2008 to 2020 — funds that were allegedly transferred into her personal company EJ Global LLC.

The news comes just days after it was revealed that her ex Girardi’s firm owes more than $100 million to creditors, with the total liabilities at $97 million more than the total assets of all property — which is roughly $4.1 million.
