Vicky Pattison compared herself to Emmerdale 's Dingle family in a photo taken on a "chilled" day for the reality TV star – who is currently busy promoting her new book.
The 34-year-old released her debut self-help book – titled the Secret to Happy – earlier this month, to encourage readers to overcome fear and live a happier life.
The Geordie Shore alum has been promoting the project in interviews and on social media in a bid to "get the word out about it" as she "desperately" tries to make it a success.
That's meant a busy schedule so the I'm a Celebrity winner is "grateful" to have found the time this week to "recharge".

The reality TV star reminded that her life is all about stylists and make-up
Vicky posted a photo of herself in a woolly cardigan, jogging bottoms, wellies and a hat.
She said alongside this that people often compliment her for looking "well put together".
In contrast, she reminded fans that her life isn't actually all about stylists and make-up.
The reality TV star commented in the post: "It's been an intense start to 2022. My book is out and I'm desperately trying to make it a success, get the word out about it and genuinely just change some people's lives for the better."

Vicky said she's in the process of filming a documentary, which has added to her busy schedule
"We're balls deep filming my new documentary and even though I still can't believe my luck – its a subject matter is pretty intense and emotionally draining. On top of that I've had a whole heap of super important social shenanigans including my cousin's wedding and mam's birthday."
She added: "Today was the first day since NY I had some time off and honestly I feel like you're lucky I even made this much effort. I feel like I look like I could be a Dingle off Emmerdale? Anyway, it can't always be stylists, live telly and expertly applied make-up."

Vicky continued: "And I'm super grateful for days like today, when I'm able to take my food of the gas a little bit and recharge.
"Don't get me wrong – I still managed two podcasts, a dog walk and getting the Christmas decs down … but it was certainly more chilled than I've been used to recently and for that I am grateful."
The post attracted responses from her followers and celebrities, including Katie Price who commented: "Love this. It's like what I look like everyday at home outside."
